Over 2 weeks of protest/ Tabaku invites Spaç miners: Human Rights

Democratic Party MP, Jorida Tabaku, has reacted to the protests of Spaç miners, who have been protesting for weeks for their rights at work, from salary increases to the right to organize in unions.

In a public statement, Tabaku condemned the layoffs, which she said constituted a violation of the law and human dignity, and the arrests by the police.

" These employees were mistreated by the state police just because they protested. They are being punished just because they demand their rights."

For weeks, the miners of Spaç have been protesting for their rights at work! For this protest, they have been violated while the government has shown its arrogant face to the weak! For this reason and for the reasons for the protest, I have decided to invite the miners to a hearing at the Media and Human Rights Commission!

"The Commission is open to discussing not only the right to protest, but above all rights at work, dignity and the opportunity to organize in unions ," Tabaku declared./ CNA
