The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said today that the Socialist Party, led by Edi Rama, has established a second dictatorship in Albania, that of autocracy that suppresses political pluralism.

In his speech at the 'Foltores' tour in Kruja, Berisha said that Rama, with his regime of theft, fraud and crime, has transformed this political party into the greatest national disaster.

"If we look at it in 35 years, what has happened to us that has not happened to any of the former communist countries. A second dictatorship has been established in Albania, not like the first one that banned political parties by law and the Constitution, but an authoritarian one that accepts and suppresses pluralism. The DP brought pluralism to Albania, as the safest engine of development of a nation and society. They have attacked the freedom of the citizens of Albania. Today there is a man on whom all powers depend. Today, out of 220 thousand employees of this state, more than 200 thousand belong to the state party, which by God's right, was born as a criminal party, remains and continues as a criminal party and the greatest national disaster. This is the SP. The party led by Edi Rama has established a regime with three main pillars: theft, fraud and crime. Our nation has not known such a reversal as in these 10 years", - said Berisha. /CNA
