The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said at today's press conference that the only way to overthrow the ruling party is through sustained protests.

Berisha said it is time for the opposition to take on the mission of overthrowing what he calls the “narco-state regime.” According to him, this mission will be accomplished once thousands of Albanians decide to take to the streets every day.

"The opposition will start protests without any discussion. The opposition is doing everything to make it clear to every citizen that the only way is sustainable protest. That it is time, today more than ever, to decide to take on our new mission."

The mission of overthrowing the narco-state regime. A mission that will be accomplished as soon as thousands of Albanians decide to take to the streets every day. To protest against the regime. To break free from the apathy, fatigue, boredom, and disappointment that has taken over them. The boulevard is the square, it is the path to victory.
