8 parliamentary committees meet today/ From the CEC annual report to the EBRD

Today is a busy day for politics, with 8 parliamentary committees meeting.

At 09:00, the Committee on Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Sustainable Development will hold a joint meeting with the Committee on Civic Initiatives, Cooperation and Institutional Oversight. The meeting will be held for the annual report of the Energy Regulatory Authority and the Water Regulatory Authority, for the year 2024.

The Committee on Economy, Employment and Finance meets today at 09:30. The agenda includes the constitution of the committee and discussions on the draft calendar of the committee's work.

The Committee on Civic Initiatives, Cooperation and Institutional Oversight and the Committee on Legal Affairs and Public Administration will hold a joint meeting, starting at 10:00.

On the meeting's agenda is the annual report of the CEC and the report of the Information Authority on the documents of the former State Security.

The Ombudsman's annual activity report will also be presented, at a joint meeting with the Commission on Human Rights and Public Media.

The Committee on Economy, Employment and Finance begins its meeting at 1:00 p.m. On the agenda is the review of the draft law "On the ratification of the grant agreement between the Republic of Albania and the European Investment Bank, for the project "Railway Infrastructure of Corridor VIII, phase I–Albania". /CNA
