Mr. Ambassador of Europe, where the rights of anti-communists are violated, that country does not have democracy, but only hypocrisy, in a country where justice does not allow searching for the remains of those who disappeared from communism, can it be called democratic? In a country where foreign ambassadors honor the day of the establishment of the dictatorship as the day of liberation, that country is not democratic. In a country where anti-communists are despised with power and force, can it become part of Europe? Let this Resolution of the American Congress serve as a reflection and not be silenced as has happened for 34 years by Albanian politics, and by the ambassadors of democratic countries who have joined the silence of Albanian politics. It is a national emergency after this United States resolution for the Albanian state to punish the crimes of communism by law. We cannot become part of Europe with the communist ideology manifested by the majority and politics in general.
