Celebrating the 65th anniversary/ Besnik Mustafaj brings the new album

The well-known writer Besnik Mustafaj celebrates his 65th birthday.

On this day marked for the writer, his newest novel 'Fati i Marrë' will be promoted.

Ebendti will be organized in the premises of Hotel Tirana International on September 25, 2023 at 18:00.

Celebrating the 65th anniversary/ Besnik Mustafaj brings the new album

Besnik Mustafaj was born in Bajram Curr, on September 23, 1958. He is a well-known Albanian politician, diplomat, translator and writer.

He studied French at the Faculty of Foreign Languages ??of the University of Tirana.

In 1991, Fatos Nano offered him the position of Minister of Culture, which he refused. In 1992, he was offered the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, which he also refused, but accepted the position of Ambassador of Albania to France, where he served from 1992 to 1997.

As ambassador he achieved the signing of the friendship treaty between France and Albania, Albania's first friendship treaty with a Western country since the Tirana Pacts of the 1930s.

He was also the negotiator of Albania's entry into the Council of Europe.

In 1997, he resigned after the coming to power of the Socialist Party and returned to Albania, where he will accept the post of director for foreign relations of the Democratic Party.
