The author is a 46-year-old GM citizen.

Thanks to the quick actions at the scene, the investigative group has identified the suspected perpetrator, citizen GM, 46 years old, resident of Shkodër.

From the preliminary investigations, it is suspected that the citizen GM, after a momentary conflict with the citizen JO, injured him with a pistol and immediately left the scene.
