"Around 4:00 p.m., in the Salo Halili neighborhood, it is suspected that during a momentary conflict, a 24-year-old JO citizen was wounded in the thigh with a gunshot pistol, who is receiving medical help at the Shkodra Regional Hospital and is out of danger for life .

The Police Services immediately went to the scene and are continuing the checks to catch the perpetrator.
