Apartments, bank accounts and luxury cars/ SPAK has seized the assets of those

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, based on the provisions of law no. 10 192, dated 03.12.2009, "On the Prevention and Punishment of Organized Crime, Trafficking and Corruption through Preventive Measures against Property", has submitted to the Court of First Degree Special for Corruption and Organized Crime, the request for the confiscation of the assets of citizen Flamur Sinanaj and persons related to him.

Citizen Flamur Sinanaj is subject to law no. 10 192/2009, as based on decision no. 5736 dated 01.12.2010, of the Court of First Instance of the Judicial District, Antwerp, Antwerp branch, room 8C, was sentenced to 8 (eight) years of imprisonment and a 5,000 (five thousand) Euro fine, for committing the criminal offense of "Trafficking of narcotics, of the cocaine type", "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents", as part of a criminal organization, provided by the criminal legislation of the Kingdom of Belgium.

At the end of the judicial review, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with decision no. 1, dated 09.01.2024, (decision which became final on 09.04.2024), decided the confiscation and the transfer in favor of the state of movable and immovable property, as follows:

Apartment with a surface area of ??76.5 m2, with the address "Muhamet Gjollesha", Tirana, purchased according to the sales contract, in the amount of 70,000 Euros;

Unit with an area of ??163 m2, with the address "Muhamet Gjollesha", Tirana, acquired according to the sales contract, in the amount of 280,000 Euros;

Apartment-type property, with an area of ??123 m2, on "Reshit Petrela" Street, Tirana, purchased according to the sales contract, in the amount of 15,990,000 Lek;

7 (seven) bank accounts in second level banks in a total amount of 660,854 Euros;

3 (three) bank accounts in second level banks in a total amount of ALL 7,574,664;

Used Vetorizine boat "Yamaha 242X Limited USA", year of production 2017, length 7.45 m;

Vehicle, brand "GMC", model SIERRA SLT, type Truck, year of production 2011;

Vehicle, brand "Mercedes Benz", model B180CDI, type 146, year of production 2012;/ CNA
