The protester who demanded Veliaj's resignation is arrested

The Tirana police have detained SB, 48 years old, who protested in front of the Municipality of Tirana for Erion Veliaj to resign for affairs in this institution. 

The criminal offenses "Disturbance of public peace", "Violation of the rules on explosives and incendiary substances", and "Destruction of property by fire" are aggravated. 

Police Notification: 

The Local Directorate of the Tirana Police, in relation to the violent acts carried out during the last two protests, in front of the Tirana Municipality, by the Alliance for the Protection of the Theatre, following investigative and procedural actions and under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana General Jurisdiction, stopped the citizen:

- SB, 48 years old, resident of Kruja, for the criminal offenses of "Disruption of public peace", "Breach of rules on explosives and incendiary substances", and "Destruction of property by fire".

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office./ CNA
