3 armed robberies solved in Kruja/ 30-year-old man with criminal records wanted

A 30-year-old man has been identified and declared wanted as the suspected perpetrator of three armed robberies committed in Krija.

Citizen EN (Ll.), has significant criminal precedents in several areas. 

During the police operation codenamed "Ends", the stolen vehicle was also seized.

Announcement:

The services of the Krujë Police Commissariat, immediately after receiving notification of a case of armed robbery, have organized work with the aim of solving the theft, identifying and capturing the perpetrator.

As a result of rapid investigative actions carried out within the framework of the police operation codenamed "Ends", this theft case has been solved and the suspected perpetrator, citizen EN (Ll.), 30 years old, resident of Mamurras, has been identified. 

Investigations suspect that the 30-year-old, in the early hours of yesterday morning, stole the taxi he was driving, after threatening its driver with a firearm.   

He then allegedly drove the stolen vehicle towards the city of Laç, where he took money and personal belongings from employees at two gas stations, threatening them with firearms. 

Work is underway to capture the 30-year-old, to document these cases and other thefts that this citizen may have committed.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further action. /CNA
