100 kg of drugs found in apartment/ Albanian arrested in Italy

An Albanian man has been arrested in Italy after a large quantity of narcotics was seized. According to Italian media reports, 30 kilograms of cocaine, 4 kilograms of heroin and 80 kilograms of hashish were found and seized in the 33-year-old Albanian's apartment.

This is the largest quantity ever seized in the Teramo area, a consolidated "market" for trafficking all types of drugs and controlled by Albanian clans.

During the checks as part of the operation to arrest the Albanian, officers found a notebook with several names and phone numbers written on it. It is reported that the Albanian has no previous criminal record, while it is being investigated whether there are other people involved in the incident. /CNA
