Fight between young people in Gjirokastra/ 24-year-old injured with knife

A group of young people have been involved in a fight in Gjirokastra. According to reports, a 19-year-old man has been arrested.

During the conflict, for weak motives, the young man stabbed the 24-year-old, who was transported to the hospital and is out of danger.

An 18-year-old man was also prosecuted for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime", as he is suspected of being present during the conflict that occurred, but not reporting it to the police.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra, for further action./ CNA
