The murder of the 14-year-old/ The perpetrator is sent to Kavaja prison

The minor accused as the murderer of the 14-year-old MC student has been sent to Kavaja prison. For him there is a security measure of arrest in prison.

The transfer to Kavaja prison was made after the vicissitudes with the doctor of the private hospital where the suspected author was being treated, as he himself had a knife wound on his arm. The doctor did not agree to give the Prison Directorate the epicrisis of the suspected author's treatment, thus preventing his discharge from the hospital.

The prosecutor of the case was also informed about this impasse, who said that the minor should be sent to Kavaja prison, as the wound on his arm is not life-threatening and can be treated in the prison infirmary. After this moment, the Prison Authorities managed to get the epicrisis from the doctor.

The suspected perpetrator is accused of murder under qualifying circumstances. He stabbed his 14-year-old peer in the heart in a banal fight that happened a few meters away from the "Fan Noli" school in Tirana. Both were students of this school./ CNA
