Operation in Shkodër/ Several wanted persons were arrested

In Shkodër, a police operation was carried out for the capture of wanted persons and for the prevention and suppression of illegalities.

As a result of the controls, a 28-year-old citizen was arrested and wanted for possession of weapons without a permit and disturbance of public peace.

During the controls, a 24-year-old man was also arrested red-handed, for the criminal offense of removing a prisoner from his place of residence.

And the driver of the vehicle in which these two citizens were traveling was criminally prosecuted.

Following checks based on police intelligence, for the location and capture of wanted persons, the "Shqiponja" Special Forces, in cooperation with the services of the Shkodër Police Station, captured the place called "5 Heronjt", in the village Dobraç, and detained the citizen ZK, 28 years old, resident of the village of Mushë.

This citizen was declared wanted, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and " Disruption of public peace".

In addition, citizen LK, 24 years old, resident of the village of Grudë e Re, was arrested in the act for the criminal offense of "Removing a prisoner from the place of residence", after breaking the personal security measure with the security measure "House Arrest".

The citizen GS, 43 years old, resident of the village of Medrlysaj, who was driving the "Volkswagen Sharon" vehicle in which these two citizens were moving, was also released./ CNA
