Shkëlqim and Florjan Duka are the two suspected perpetrators of the murder of businessman Eduart Reçi. The Tirana police revealed the serious incident that happened on the evening of November 13 on Elbasan Street.

The perpetrator who shot the businessman is the police officer Shkëlqim Dukaj. After the evidence, the investigators have also determined the place from where the shooting took place, as they were able to secure footage from the author's security cameras.

The execution of the businessman was done with a bullet in the head for property reasons with the two Duka brothers, the police announced.

The 52-year-old was going to build a building on the land where the perpetrators were bordering, but without reaching an agreement. /CNA
