Police Notification:
Citizens AM, and A. Dh, residents of Berat, have informed the Operative Room of the Berat Local Police Directorate that two people moving in a vehicle shot at them, in the neighborhood "Donika Kastrioti", in the vicinity of the hospital. No one was injured in the shooting.
After receiving the notification, the police services and the investigative team immediately went to the scene and as a result of the quick response and the preliminary investigative work, it became possible to identify the two perpetrators who shot with firearms, but for reasons of investigation we cannot inform their generalities.
The Police Services have set up checkpoints at the entrances and exits of the city and are continuing the search in the area for their capture.
The investigative group led by the Prosecutor's Office is working to clarify the circumstances and the legal documentation of the case.
