Për shpërthimin që ndodhi në Lushnjë më 1 mars, policia ka arrestuar sipërmarrësi që do kryente punimet me iniciale L.Gj.

Nga hetimet ka rezultuar se ky shtetas, me mosveprimet e tij, duke qenë i autorizuar për kryerjen e ndërtimit të kapanonit, sipas kontratës së sipërmarrjes, ka lejuar kryerjen e punimeve, pa respektuar regulloret përkatese të sigurimit teknik, të disiplines teknike të mbrojtes në punë dhe nuk ka marë masa për zbatimin, duke sjellë pasoja të rënda. 

Mbi të rëndon vepra penale “Shkelja e rregullave të mbrojtjes në punë”, me pasoja të rënda.     

Si pasojë e shpëthimit në kapanonin me lëndë djegëse, në lagjen “Karbunarë e madhe” humbën jetën babë e bir, Roland dhe Elidion Hoxha dhe u dëmtuan 7 të tjerë të cilët janë jashtë rrezikut për jetën.
