Businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, already in jail, has been denounced for the acquisition of land in Velipoja.

During this process, he encountered opposition from the real owners of the land, one of whom was Dede Marku.

The latter, owner of a bar, showed the confrontation with Pëllumb Gjoka on Klodiana Lala's show.

He said that in 2012, when the conflict started, Pëllumb Gjoka taught him in his bar and asked him to leave the land, claiming that despite the fact that the bar was registered, the facility was built on his land.

Marku discovers that the businessman had threatened him and they had sworn for conflict, which had degenerated to the use of weapons.

"Pullumb Gjoka destroyed them because he made false documents for that place there.

It happened, by the sea, that we have been there since 1997. We pay taxes year after year, even then he attacked us from here to the premises, to destroy us in 2012, in 2020", he said.

Dede Marku stated that on March 11, 2013, an assassination was carried out against his son, Viktor, for which he of course accuses the businessman.

Victor was traveling in his "Benz" truck when 3 armed men with Kalashnikovs and masks cut his way and fired volleys, but luckily he was not injured.

"Four people, three automatic weapons, 300 cartridges, at 12 o'clock in the day, with a police car, in military clothes. This one had his ear, this one had financed them, Pëllumbi...", he confesses, as he told that his son had a conflict with Ardian Beci, Pëllumb Gjoka's cousin.

Dede Marku revealed that after this event he went to meet Pëllumb Gjoka personally, but the latter avoided him.

"It's been 1 week since I came to meet with them. He told me that he has come...to be your son in the grave now. Then, not a week later, he committed the assassination. I have been in communication for a long time, in a word, not with Pellumbi, but with other people. You had a conversation. We know it, they told us," said Dede Marku.

In the investigation file, the conversations between Ardian Beci and his family members were disclosed, where it is clearly seen that they ordered each other not to contradict the statements given to the investigators.

These conversations were captured by an environmental surveillance that the Prosecutor's Office of Shkodra conducted in 2020, in connection with the event.

On the other hand, Pëllumb Gjoka, in the testimony given to the police, "protects" his relatives, i.e. the members of the Beci family./ CNA
