An unprecedented situation was registered today in Tirana.

This case was recorded by the police, who took punitive measures against the driver of the vehicle, who had left the child on the trunk, while he had to sit in the back seat with locking systems.

The driver's driving license was revoked for 6 months, 3 points were removed from his license and he was fined 15 thousand new lek.

Based on this case, the police warns that:

"Anyone who does not use safety belts and restraint systems, provided for passengers up to 12 years old, is punished with an administrative measure from 5,000 to 15,000 new lek.

The responsibility for this violation falls on the driver of the vehicle or on the one who is in charge of supervising the child, if he is in the vehicle, at the time of committing the violation.
