The Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan has completed the investigations for the 3 foreign citizens accused of espionage, who were caught at the Gramsh Plant in 2022.

It is learned that Svetlana Timofeeva and Mikhail Zori, as well as the Ukrainian Fedir Alpatov, who are suspected of being part of the Russian secret services, have been charged.

They have been charged with providing secret information in order to give the information to a foreign power.

The two Russians and the Ukrainian have 10 days to dispute the Prosecutor's charge and present their claims.
