He was in charge of OPGJ in the Urban and Interurban Traffic Sector in DVP Gjirokastër.

From the conducted investigations, it was found that the police officer, when he was on duty at the Vlora DVP, did not refer the procedural materials to the Prosecutor's Office for cases of accidents with serious consequences, consuming elements of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".
