The rape of Judge Dollani's husband/ The investigation reveals Shullazi, Ervis Martinaj and former MP Ndoka

One of the serious events revealed by the latest SPAK operation is the rape of the husband of the judge of the Appeal for Serious Crimes, Saida Dollani. The latter continues to exercise her duties in the Special Court of Appeal, while her husband has passed away.

In the conversations of SKY cleared by SPAK, it turned out that the organizer of the rape and then putting the pistol in the mouth of the judge's husband, is Emiljano Shullazi.

The police at that time arrested a person, but very soon he was released and then the case for the charge of "Threatening the judge" and beating Dollan's husband was suspended by the prosecutor's office in Tirana, due to the absence of the perpetrator.

The case was suspended even though the first reports and suspicions created the belief that everything was done from inside the prison in order for Saida Dollani to resign from the criminal process against Shullazi, Gilmando Dani and 4 other people that was being developed in the Court of Appeal for Crimes of Heavy.

According to the criminal file finalized by SPAK with 50 people arrested, the main people who made possible the brutal beating of Saida Dollani's husband are Emiljano Shullazi, former deputy of SP Arben Ndoka and Ervis Martinaj.

The husband of the judge reported that he was threatened with a pistol while the woman was part of the judicial team of Emiljano Shullazi and his group.

Saida Dollani left Shullazi's judicial process, while the Tirana Prosecutor's Office launched investigations into the case of the threat. 10 months later, prosecutor Ida Ahmetlli asked for the suspension of the investigation, while the court opposed it, returning it for the continuation of the investigation.

Again, the case could not be resolved leading to its suspension. Shullazi's process stalled in Appeal, where the latter and his group appealed the first-instance decision. Their sentence on appeal was given without the presence of defense lawyers, while the case is already in the Supreme Court./ CNA
