They planted drugs/ Father and son are arrested in Krujë

The police have arrested HK, 62 years old, and AK, 32 years old, (father and son) in Krujë.

Both are suspected to have cultivated and adapted some places for the cultivation of narcotic plants in the village of Brret.

Police Notification: 

The Krujë Police Station, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, following the work to prevent the cultivation of narcotic plants, in implementation of the measures defined in the "Clean Territory" operational plan, after a the month-long investigation, followed by special investigative methods, has finalized the coded "Cover" operation.

As a result, citizens HK, 62 years old, and AK, 32 years old, (father and son), both residents of Krujë, were arrested.

These citizens, in cooperation with each other, are suspected to have cultivated and adapted several other places for the cultivation of narcotic plants in the village of Brret. During the control in a wooded part of the village of Brret, the Police services found and seized as material evidence, 30 suspected narcotic cannabis plants.

Also, during the inspection of their apartment, the Police services found and seized 1060 suspected narcotic cannabis seeds. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution./ CNA
