The murder of the policeman in Fier/ The villages where the perpetrator is suspected to be hiding, checks continue

New details have emerged from the murder of policeman Novruz Cenalia in Fier.

The suspected perpetrator, Azgan (Asllan) Mërnica, is still on the run. He left the scene, just shot the young man in the head.

In the meantime, police checks continue to catch the perpetrator.

It is learned that checks were carried out in the area of ??Sulaj, Havaleas and Apoloni during the night. The police have doubts that after abandoning the car near the place of the murder in the village of Baltëz, the perpetrator left on foot towards the village of Havaleas and then to Apolloni.

The police have so far escorted 12 people and are offering a 30,000 euro reward for any valuable information that will lead to the arrest of the perpetrator. 

The murdered policeman was escorted to the last residence today. /CNA
