7 criminal groups were hit by SPAK, which issued 50 arrest warrants. The SPAK mega-operation has highlighted the involvement of high-ranking police officials, as well as those effective in crime.

Two police officers led criminal activity in the cultivation of narcotics. They are the director of the Local Police Directorate Lezhë Henerigert Mitri and the head of the Illegal Traffic and Narcotics Section in the same directorate, Klodian Shahini.

Henerigert Mitri turns out to be an associate of the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, arrested during the "Metamorfoza" operation. The police director of Lezha and Gjoka organizes gambling activities in Lezha.

On the other hand, 2 officers of the RENEA Special Department, Altin Morina and AP, who were connected to Durim Bani, are also involved in the cultivation of narcotics.

"A reasonable suspicion has been created that the citizen HM, acting director of the Lezhë Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the citizen K.Sh. and other persons, led the criminal activity of cultivating narcotics in Lezha district.

Also, the investigator HM, in cooperation with the citizen P.Gj., currently arrested for another criminal proceeding, organized the illegal activity of gambling in the city of Lezha.

In the dynamics of the investigation of this criminal proceeding, evidence has been collected that creates a reasonable suspicion that the citizen DB, in cooperation with the citizen AM (on effective duty of the "Renea" forces at the time of the crime) have organized the cultivation of narcotic plants in the area of Nikla and Tapiza", says the announcement of SPAK./ CNA
