Gazetarja Klodiana Lala ka zbardhur rolet e anëtarëve të grupeve kriminale për planin për eliminimin e Durim dhe Valter Bamit.

Sipas të dhënave nga gazetarja, Arben Ndoka ka qenë porositësi i vrasjes, të cilat do të ndodhnin në shenjë hakmarrjeje për vrasjen e vëllait të tij në dhjetor të 2017.

Roli i organizuesit i ishte besuar Arian Tukut, i cili kishte edhe rolin e financuesit dhe koordinimit. Ervis Martinaj ka pasur rolin e financuesit, sigurimit të logjistikës dhe informacioneve për lokalizimin e viktimave, sipas gazetares Klodiana Lala.

Jozi Kraja, në bashkëpunim me persona të tjerë ka pasur rolin e vëzhguesit, lokalizuesit dhe bashkëpunëtorit. Astrit Avdyli, ka pasur rolin e siguruesit të personave që do të kryenin vrasjen. Arben Mërkuri, i cili ka ndërruar jetë në vitin 2022, ka pasur rolin e ekzekutorit.

Gentian Bejtja, i cili ka ndërruar jetë në vitin 2024, në bashkëpunim me Naim Stafukën kanë pasur rolin e lokalizimit të viktimave.
