7 organized criminal groups have been hit by a SPAK operation, the largest ever conducted.

SPAK has issued 50 arrest warrants. So far, 20 security measures have been implemented, 14 in Albania and 6 abroad. 

The operation spread over Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Lezhë, Fushë Krujë and Rëshen, lasted for 20 hours, where approximately 30 BKH investigators, RENEA forces, State Police and 1 Europol officer were engaged. In total, an asset worth 4.5 million euros was seized. 

Today, the names of all the persons accused by SPAK have been disclosed.

As previously reported, among them are leaders of organized crime, high-ranking police officials, but also MP Arben Ndoka.
