The Tirana police have arrested 2 people and wanted their accomplice, after taking a person hostage. DB, 36 years old, and EH, 31 years old, were captured by the police, and HP, 19 years old, was declared wanted. 

The above-mentioned allegedly, for weak motives, took a 20-year-old man by force in "Skënderbej" square, against whom they used violence continuously, while the TK citizen was aware of the incident, but did not report it. in police.

Police Notification:

They took away a citizen's freedom and used violence against him, 2 citizens are arrested, their accomplice is wanted.

Also, 1 other citizen who knew about the incident, but did not report it to the Police, was arrested.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 1, after the report received today by a 20-year-old man, that 3 citizens had deprived him of his freedom and had used violence against him, they immediately organized the work for their capture.

As a result:

- the citizens DB, 36 years old, and EH, 31 years old, were arrested, and the citizen HP, 19 years old, was declared wanted for the criminal offense "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty";
- the citizen TK, 28 years old, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Discrediting the crime".

Citizens DB, EH and HP, allegedly for weak motives, forcibly took a 20-year-old man in "Skënderbej" square, against whom they used violence continuously, while citizen TK was aware of the incident, but did not report it to the Police. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office./ CNA
