The administrator of an entity that had adapted the environment for gambling activities. Citizen DV., 22 years old, was arrested.

In the subject on "Don Bosko" street, 1 computer unit was found and seized, which was seized together with a mobile phone as material evidence.

The young man was arrested for the criminal offenses of "Organizing illegal lotteries" and "Making premises available for illegal games."

Police announcement:

1 computer unit and 1 mobile phone were seized. 

The Cybercrime Investigation Structures in cooperation with the Special Operational Force of the Tirana DVP, based on information obtained through operational means, have organized checks in various environments where it was suspected that games of chance were being organized and as a result have detected 1 case of this activity.  

During the search of the entity administered by citizen DV, on "Don Bosko" street, the Police services found and seized 1 computer unit on which websites were open that served to carry out illegal gambling activities.

At the end of the actions, citizen DV, 22 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses of "Organizing illegal lotteries", "Making premises available for illegal games".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office. / CNA
