Shkodra Police have initiated criminal proceedings against citizen BN, 61. This citizen hit a police officer with a car on the white lines.

"Following the information provided yesterday, regarding the accident in the "Partizani" neighborhood, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen B. N, 61 years old, for the criminal offense of "Violation of road traffic rules."

The proceedings began after this citizen, while driving his vehicle, allegedly lost control of the vehicle and, as a result, hit citizen PK, 60 years old, a police officer, who was crossing the white lines on his way to get service.

 As a result, citizen PK is in Tirana Trauma Hospital for more specialized medical treatment, out of danger to his life," the police announced. / CNA
