They took bribes/ Two policemen are arrested in Rinas

The Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) has carried out the arrest of two police officers in the Police Station in

To the Rinas police, suspected of the criminal offense "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", committed in cooperation.

They are:
- Inspector AD, 31 years old, with Controller duties at the Rinas Airport Police Station;
- Inspector EB, 24 years old, with Controller duties at the Rinas Police Station.

The arrest was made after during the procedural investigative actions, carried out to verify the information on the involvement in corrupt actions, reasonable suspicions were created, based on evidence that the police officers, using the organic function, have requested and benefited from monetary values ??in the form of bribes, from a citizen traveling outside the territory of the Republic of Albania.

Work continues to identify other persons or employees involved in this event, as well as if there are similar cases.
