The murder of Ahmet Toska/ Fatmir Hoxha wins his innocence

The Court of Fier released Fatmir Hoxha from prison this Monday.

The latter was accused of murdering 50-year-old Ahmet Toska in October 2020 in Fier.

The Court of Fier reviewed in detail the video footage from the security cameras and in the end dismissed the accusation against Hoxha.

The jury acquitted him on the grounds that there was no convincing evidence that he had committed the murder.

Thus, 54-year-old Fatmir Hoxha left Fier prison today, 3 years after his arrest.

We recall that Ahmet Toska was shot six times on the morning of October 26, 2020, while accompanying his wife to work.

The event took place in the "Sheq i Madh" neighborhood near his apartment, while his wife, who saw the whole scene, became a witness.
