The journalist of the book "Gamorra" says that Albanian organized crime is very, very extensive and very complex and the relationship between the Albanian mafia and the Italian mafia is one, as he describes them as a "single fist".

Saviano strongly emphasizes the need to discuss crime in order to confront the phenomenon and not to hide it from the public debate.

Much more abroad than in Kosovo. Because of all this, organized Kosovar and Albanian crime as well as Albanian-Macedonian crime is very strong.
