Following intensive field monitoring and verifications being carried out with the objectives of: ascertaining cases of illegal occupation of public spaces, bringing the perpetrators to legal responsibility and vacating these spaces, the services of Police Commissariat No. 1, in cooperation with the services of the Municipal Police and those of the Inspectorate of Territorial Protection, ascertained that the public spaces around the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium were occupied in violation of the law.

The spaces (sidewalks and pedestrian crossings) were occupied with tables, chairs, and umbrellas, on behalf of the 7 bars around the stadium.

In relation to these cases, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the administrators of the entities, citizens: AS, NR, Xh. B., MS, KM, LL and BK, for the criminal offense of "Land occupation".

Also, proceedings were initiated against citizen FP, 40 years old, an employee at one of the premises, after he opposed IMT employees while performing their duties.
