The 23-year-old with the initials AS is arrested, as he is suspected of being the author of setting fire to rental cars on "Donald Trump" street in the early hours of the morning of June 5 in Tirana.

The young man was under "house arrest" and at the time the arson occurred he was not in the apartment, which is near the scene of the incident.
