The hearing for Dritan Dajti is postponed/ the judge of the case is changed

This Tuesday, a hearing was held for Dritan Dajti at the High Court. The prosecution requested the return of life imprisonment for Dajti.

It is learned that the judge of the Medi Bici case has been replaced, who submitted his resignation due to incompatibility.

Artur Kalaja was assigned by lot to the court for the case. The change of judges was the reason for the postponement of the session. The next session will be held on June 11.

We remind you that Dajti was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of 4 police officers in August 2009.

He escaped life imprisonment, after the summary judgment was accepted, but the prosecution requested the annulment of the decision against Dajti.
