The police have arrested 4 people and announced another wanted as they are suspected of defrauding several people.

It is suspected that the 34-year-old with the initials LV has deceived various people by telling you that he needed their data to open bank accounts and withdraw sums of money from the bank, so that he would not attract the attention of state authorities. After opening the accounts and withdrawing the money, he gave each citizen 50,000 ALL as a reward.

The investigation showed that the 34-year-old, using the photos of the identity cards of these citizens, obtained loans from some financial institution "Fondi Besa", sums of money ranging from 5-7 million old lek , which were transferred to the numbers of citizens' accounts and after the withdrawal were appropriated by the LV citizen

In this illegal activity, the notary MD is also involved, who is suspected of notarizing contracts with citizens who were not present and who did not sign these contracts, for whom false information regarding addresses was presented. of residence and other data.

At the end of these actions, on the part of the employees of the financial institution "Fondi Besa", specifically the citizens LN, (office manager) LP, and EA, (loan officers), the relations and decisions of loan approval, based on false data , which do not belong to the parties in the capacity of debtors.

Specifically, the following citizens were arrested according to the arrest warrants of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana:

- "House arrest", for the MD citizen, 55 years old, resident in Tirana, suspected of the criminal offense "Forgery of documents", provided by article 186/3 of the Criminal Code and the measure of "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or service public", provided by article 242 of the Criminal Procedure Code, for the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents", provided by article 186/3 of the Criminal Code;

- "House arrest", for the LN citizen, 55 years old, resident in Tirana, suspected of the criminal offense "Fraud", in collaboration, provided by article 143/3 and 25 of the Criminal Code;

- "House arrest", for the LP citizen, 39 years old, suspected of the criminal offense "Fraud", committed in collaboration, provided for by article 143/3 and 25 of the Criminal Code;

- "House arrest" for citizen EA, 33 years old, resident in Tirana, suspected of the criminal offense "Fraud", committed in collaboration, provided by article 143/3 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
