The Traffic Police of Tirana has made a balance of the work in the field for the past week. 

In one week, 18 people were behind bars, while the offenders were fined.

"The weekly results of the Tirana Traffic Police Station (26.05.2024 - 01.06.2024) During the last week, strict measures were implemented to maintain order and road safety: 18 Arrests and criminal proceedings: 6 people for driving under the influence of alcohol 2 people for driving without a license, 2 people were prosecuted for driving under the influence of drugs

? Administrative measures: 12,742 administrative measures imposed, an average of 1,813 per day.
68 measures for black glasses. 681 measures for speeding over the permitted rates. 410 measures for mobile phone use while driving. 713 measures for not wearing a seat belt. 58 measures for disobeying the "Stop" signal. 8,732 measures for wrong posture.
