Albanian trafficker arrested in Italy, suspected of connection with Ndragheta

A 35-year-old Albanian was arrested in Italy after being sentenced by the Court of Appeal of Bar to 7 years and 4 months in prison for international drug trafficking, as part of a criminal organization that trafficked drugs between Puglia and Albania, with branches in Calabrian "Ndrangheta".
