The assassination attempt in Shkodër/ The son of the former candidate of Basha was shot with volleys

2 people were killed and two were injured by the gunfire in Shkodër, two of whom were a couple of bystanders.

One of the victims who was attacked by the perpetrators has been identified as Hamza Liçi, the son of the former DP councilor in Shkodër, Mustafa Liçi and the brother of Ibrahim Liçi.

On the other hand, the person who was in the car with Hamza Liçi is Arlind Bushati.

The latter is the son of Xhemal Bushati, the former candidate of Lulzim Basha for the Municipality of Shkodra in the partial elections in 2022.

A few weeks ago, Arlind Bushati was threatened with a gun.

He declared to the police that two unidentified people riding a motorcycle pointed a gun at him near a bar in Shkodra's pedestrian area./ CNA
