Ç., in the "Shënkoll" neighborhood, the author was injured, who died in the hospital, we inform you that after the verifications carried out, this citizen has been identified, namely KB, 25 years old, resident of Elbasan.

From the investigations so far, it has been found that the 25-year-old, due to an old conflict, for weak motives, this morning, put explosives in the vehicle of the citizen R. Ç.

The explosive material exploded during the installation and as a result the 25-year-old man died in the hospital.

A special investigative group, consisting of the investigative structures of the Elbasan DVP and the Elbasan Police Station, as well as experts from the Criminal Police Department in the DPPSH, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues the work to clarify all the circumstances of this case. / CNA
