View from the scene/ The perpetrators and targets exchanged fire, 2 victims were

4 people were killed by gunfire in Dobraç, Shkodra, at the "5 heroes of Vig".

CNA has provided footage from the scene, where it can be seen that one of the victims is still at the scene.

The other 3 were taken by the ambulance and sent to the hospital morgue.

2 of the victims were traveling in a "Benz" type vehicle, with Croatian license plates, when they were shot with gunfire.

They exchanged fire with the perpetrators, who left the scene.

Meanwhile, the other two victims were bystanders.

The police have started investigations for the complete clarification of the event and the identification of the perpetrators./ CNA
