Behar Bajri, one of the members of the Bajraj criminal group, appeared before the Court today to familiarize himself with the security measure.

The Special Court left Bajri in prison. This measure was also imposed in absentia and was put into effect again today.

Behar Bajri was extradited from France to Albania yesterday and is accused of a series of criminal offenses committed in our country.

He was detained by the French authorities and then the Albanian authorities followed the procedures to complete the request for his extradition.

Specifically, he is charged with 7 criminal charges: "Premeditated murder", committed as a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Structured group criminal", "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization or a structured criminal group", "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", carried out in a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, "Participation in structured criminal group" and "Active corruption of the judge, prosecutor and other justice functionaries, carried out in collaboration". / CNA
