BF was arrested after the Court of Appeal had sentenced him to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense of "Sexual relationship with violence, with adults".

The arrested woman was implicated in a case of this criminal activity, against a 26-year-old woman. The investigation showed that BF's husband was also involved in the incident, who was arrested a day later and is currently serving a prison sentence for this matter.
