Suspected of sexually harassing his 2 minor daughters and raping his wife/

The services of the Kukes Police Commissariat, in continuation of the work to capture the wanted citizens, based on the information obtained through operational means, have made it possible to locate, capture and put in handcuffs the wanted citizen:

QD, 40 years old, resident of the village of Mamëz.

The Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction has upheld the decision of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Kukës, which sentenced this citizen to 5 years and 8 months of imprisonment, with 3 years, 6 months and 3 days of imprisonment remaining to be served, for the criminal offenses: "Domestic violence", "Sexual harassment" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

In April 2024, this citizen was arrested after his wife filed a domestic violence report, and is suspected of sexually harassing his two minor daughters.

During the search of the apartment, 14 detonator capsules, 2 incendiary fuses, 1 offensive grenade and 5 automatic rifle cartridges were found and seized.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action./ CNA
