The Police Surveillance Agency has announced that it has arrested in Durrës in the act the deputy commissioner with the initials K.Gj, after during a conflict with a young man, they shot a gun in the direction of the latter's car. 

The deputy commissioner's son was part of the fight. Fortunately, no one was injured. 

Notice: 

The Police Surveillance Agency (Durrës-Kavajë Region) has arrested in flagrante delicto the police officer N/Commissioner K. GJ., with specialist duty in the section of services to third parties in DVP Durrës, as well as declared the citizen D. GJ. wanted. as suspects for committing the criminal offense of "Attempted murder" in collaboration and "Carrying weapons without a permit".

The arrest of Commissioner K. GJ. was carried out after the entirety of the preliminary investigative actions showed that in cooperation with the citizen D. GJ., 24 years old (his son), on 08.02.2024, around 13:25, in district No. 2 of the city of Kavaja , they clashed for weak motives and fired a gun at the vehicle in which the citizen KK, 29 years old, was traveling. There were no injuries from this incident.

At the end of the investigative actions, the procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction.
