F. I., u njoh me rivlerësimin e masës së sigurisë të dhënë në mungesë ndaj tij në gjykatën e Lezhës.
Në seancën gjyqësore të zhvilluar me dyer të mbyllura, gjyqtarja Eglantina Biba pranoi kërkesën e prokurorit Françesk Ganaj dhe caktoi masën e sigurisë "arrest në burg" pa afat për 30-vjeçarin.
Ndaj këtij të fundit janë ngritur akuzat "vrasje me dashje, mbetur në tentativë" dhe "Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese e municioneve"./ CNA
