The most dangerous person is arrested in Elbasan

The police of Elbasan have arrested a 40-year-old man with the initials A.Ç., previously convicted for crimes against the person and possession of weapons without a permit.

Police Notification: 

A 40-year-old man wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional murder", remaining in the attempt, and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" was arrested and put in handcuffs.

Following the intensive actions of the Police, carried out within the framework of the national police operation coded "Rule of Law", for the capture of wanted citizens based on the information provided by the police intelligence, the services of the Peqin Police Station, of the Special Force FNSh and those of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person, located, captured and handcuffed the citizen A. Ç., 40 years old, a resident of Peqin.

For this citizen, the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder", remaining in the attempt, and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

On 24.11.2023, in the neighborhood "Xami", Peqin, during a conflict for weak motives with citizen AL, citizen A. Ç. fired a firearm at him. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
