3 people convicted of drug trafficking, theft and stalking are arrested

The police of Tirana announced today that in the framework of the "Rule of Law" operation, they arrested 3 people, who were convicted by the Court.

A citizen convicted of drug trafficking, another convicted of theft and a citizen convicted of the criminal offense of stalking have been arrested.

Announcement of the Tirana Police:

In implementation of the measures within the "Rule of Law" mega-operation, based on the information provided on the location of some wanted citizens, as a result of the checks carried out:

- The citizen GA, 20 years old, resident in Tirana, was detained, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Tirana has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics";

- The wanted citizen NP, 45 years old, resident of Shkodër, was arrested, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana sentenced him to 1 year, 5 months and 25 days of imprisonment, for the criminal offense of "Stalking";

- The wanted citizen FD, 32 years old, a resident of Bathore, was detained, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana sentenced him to 6 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Theft";

- Citizen NN, 53 years old, resident in Tirana, was detained, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Tirana sentenced her to 3 months imprisonment, for the criminal offense of "Theft of electricity and telephone impulses".
